Our small scale woodlot, Woodlot 366 is a carbon storage solution. Using select logging, the forest is maintained for wildlife habitat, biodiversity and carbon storage. Horse logging on steep and hard to reach areas reduces the impact on the environment.

Community Mill is our sawmill which cuts the logs harvested on Woodlot 366 into lumber, timber and beams as well as unique individual pieces such as live-edge boards. These products can be used by the ranch community or sold to the public creating a sustainable building material with a long product life. By products from the mill such as sawdust are made into compost for vegetable gardens so nothing is wasted.
