Organizational Culture INTERNSHIP

Joining us for a Organizational Culture internship will give you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the community philosophy. You will research and implement ways to update the philosophy as we are constantly improving and refining everything we do. You’ll learn all the skills necessary to work in a business that places its focus on community relations, focused around our Six Principles of Personal Development, Nature Connection, Nature Conservation, Self-Sufficiency, Empowerment and Consciousness and Awareness.

Your three main responsibilities for organizational culture internship

  • Conduct research that will lead to the positive development of our ranch philosophy

  • Live by the ranch philosophy and share this with guests and your fellow community partners

  • Update your knowledge of the philosophy on an ongoing basis

Your contribution

  • Research how the ranch can effectively cultivate our philosophy among our community partners and guests to create a collaborative culture
  • Seek to develop a work environment that promotes strong community partner ideals (this is social-entrepreneurship)
  • Refine the process for guiding guests and community partners through exercises and activities that encourage high-level self-actualization and personal growth. Explain these through our philosophy
  • Be a mentor guide yourself. Encourage community partners to participate and grow in their journey to empowerment
