Joining us for a Organizational Culture internship will give you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the community philosophy. You will research and implement ways to update the philosophy as we are constantly improving and refining everything we do. You’ll learn all the skills necessary to work in a business that places its focus on community relations, focused around our Six Principles of Personal Development, Nature Connection, Nature Conservation, Self-Sufficiency, Empowerment and Consciousness and Awareness.
Conduct research that will lead to the positive development of our ranch philosophy
Live by the ranch philosophy and share this with guests and your fellow community partners
Update your knowledge of the philosophy on an ongoing basis
