Everyone at our ranch is their own hero. There is always a reason for us to begin our journey at the ranch, and while we are here, we reflect on our successes and failures so we can see our progress and ensure we are keeping with our goals and purposes. Nothing here is by accident, we must invest in ourselves to develop the life we want.
All movies are based on a hero and his journey to success. At the ranch, everyone’s life is a movie and anyone has the chance to be a hero. Every journey starts with a problem that motivates you to change your life. It’s important that you are aware of the reason why you came to the ranch at all times. Which emotions are connected with your decision? Your reasons can be the requirement of obtaining an internship for your studies or an unsatisfying job and surrounding at home, escaping the busy city life… everyone has his personal reasons. Related emotions can be frustration, boredom, insecurity, fear, instability, no focus, purpose or confidence.
Trails to Empowerment believes that everyone, including you, deserves a chance to experience a completely different environment than usual to define their interests, goals and purpose in life and therefore offers work opportunities through a developed self-selection process.
Your transformational journey begins before you arrive at the ranch with your application. Our questionnaires will guide you through self-reflection and interest identification, which will inevitably give you clarity if this is the right path for you. You will get an overview of the endless opportunities the ranch facilitates for you, nothing is impossible. Besides you will create your personal Mission Statement and reflect on the impacts you leave in your surroundings. During 30 years of hosting international staff we have created a focused step-by-step plan for your personal development. Once you went through our self-selection process and are invited to join the ranch team, we will support you by providing forms to reflect on your weekly successes, failures and redefine your interests and goals for being at the ranch. Creating your own work and activity schedule is an opportunity you will rarely find in other jobs, at the ranch you are the leader of the path you want to take. You decide which responsibilities you take and will be offered the opportunities that come with it. The ranch is a self-learning environment.
